SERVICE AGREEMENT

Upon confirmed payment, Adnohrdocs agrees to provide the following services:

1. Initial Consultation: A personalized onboarding session to identify goals.
2. Tailored Deliverables: Resume drafts, LinkedIn optimization, and job search strategies delivered via email within five business days.
3. Revisions: One proofing session to finalize deliverables. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
4. Service Limits: Adnohrdocs will not be liable for results derived from customized edits to materials made without our recommendation.

TERMS OF USE

1. Scope of Services: You engage us for professional writing and career coaching services. Unauthorized reproduction of deliverables is prohibited.
2. Modification: Adnohrdocs reserves the right to modify service offerings or pricing, with prior notification to clients where applicable.
3. Acknowledgment of Terms: By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge and accept these Terms.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-DISCLOSURE

1. Mutual Obligation: Adnohrdocs and its clients agree to protect the confidentiality of all shared information, unless disclosure is required by law or judicial order.
2. Exceptions: Confidentiality does not apply to publicly available information, pre-existing knowledge, or information disclosed with written consent.
3. Return of Materials: Upon termination of services, clients must return all Adnohrdocs-provided materials unless otherwise agreed.

WAIVER OF RESPONSIBILITY

1. Clients assume responsibility for any changes made to Adnohrdocs' deliverables without prior consultation.
2. If revisions are requested to revert changes, additional fees may apply.
3. Clients agree not to associate Adnohrdocs with unauthorized edits to deliverables.

NON-DISPARAGEMENT CLAUSE

1. Both parties agree not to make false, misleading, or defamatory statements about each other, online or offline, including on social media and review platforms.
2. This clause applies during and after the service relationship.

FINANCIAL TERMS

1. Payment Policy: Payments are due in full before services commence.
2. Refund Policy: All sales are final unless otherwise specified in writing. Refunds for pre-paid packages are prorated based on used services.
3. Chargebacks: Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service termination and collection actions.

SCHEDULED SESSIONS AND CANCELLATION

1. Session Timing: Sessions begin and end as scheduled. Late arrivals will not extend the session.
2. Cancellation: Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
3. Termination: Clients may terminate services at any time but remain liable for services rendered up to the date of termination.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

1. All deliverables and content provided by Adnohrdocs are proprietary.
2. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use Adnohrdocs materials for commercial purposes.
3. Adnohrdocs retains copyright and usage rights for all materials created.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

1. Negotiation and Mediation: Disputes will first be addressed through negotiation or mediation.
